If the time of actual use exceeds\nthe time of the agreed usage fee, the charge shall be increased. Each hour of use of\nthe room is counted as a full hour of use.<\/p><p>The user must take into account the capacity of each room when preparing the event.<\/p><p>The usage fee includes:<\/p><ul><li>standard room preparation,<\/li><li>the availability and use of the facility equipment,*<\/li><li>basic cleaning after use.**<\/li><\/ul><p>* The use of additional equipment must be agreed in advance.<br \/>** Cleaning during use is not foreseen.<\/p><p>If the user wishes to set up equipment outside the standard layout, this must be\nagreed in advance with Hostel Pekarna. If the user and Hostel Pekarna agree on a\ndifferent layout of the equipment in the room, the user is obliged to prepare the room as they wish and to return it to its original form afterwards. If the user fails to do so, they will be charged for rearranging the room to its standard layout according to the current price list.<\/p><p>If the use requires more complex cleaning after the event, the user will be charged\nextra according to the price list of the cleaning service hired by Hostel Pekarna.<\/p><p>The use of the room can be cancelled free of charge 3 days before the scheduled\nuse. For shorter notice, Pekarna Hostel will charge a handling fee of 30% of the\nusage fee.<\/p><p>Payment terms:<\/p><ul><li>for budget users: 30 days after the service has been rendered,<\/li><li>for all other tenants: 8 days after the service has been rendered.<\/li><\/ul><p>The user is obliged to comply with the <a href=\"https:\/\/hostelpekarna.eu\/en\/hisni-red\/\">House rules<\/a>.<\/p><p>The user is responsible for the technical equipment in the room while it is in use. In\nthe event of damage or theft, Hostel Pekarna reserves the right to invoice the user for\nthe cost of repair or new purchase of the destroyed equipment or for the restoration\nof the original condition.<\/p><p>It is the user's responsibility to arrange insurance for the event. The user must ensure that measures are taken to ensure the occupational safety of all contractors and participants in the set-up and organisation of the event and that they are insured against any accident or injury. The user shall also be liable for damages. The user shall also ensure that all its technical equipment necessary for the event is properly secured.<\/p><p>Hostel Pekarna shall not be liable for the personal belongings of the performers and\nparticipants of the event on the premises.\u00a0<\/p><p>The user is obliged to compensate for any damage they should cause in the premises or in the rented areas, in other premises and facilities and in the functional area, or arising in the course of the user's activity. Hostel Pekarna shall organise the restoration of the damage.
